This version of Mobay features a layer of sheep milk cheese and a layer of goat milk cheese separated by a layer of grape vine ash and pressed together.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.
