If, for any reason, you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with a Keystone Cheese item, simply call or email us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement, refund or credit, whichever you prefer. We promise to handle your request promptly and courteously.

To request a replacement, refund or credit, email info@keystonefarmscheese.com or call 484-353-6881. Please include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take a few days to post the refund.
