Our story

Wisconsin cheese, brought home to Bethlehem

Female founded in 2014, we bring handcrafted cheese from small Wisconsin creameries to Pennsylvania and to cheese lovers nationwide.

Formerly Keystone Farms Cheese. Same owner, same team, same Wisconsin cheese, just a shorter name.

How it started

It started with a suitcase full of cheese

Owner Nikole spent years traveling between Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to visit her father, a dairy farmer in New Glarus, and her grandmother. She always brought cheese home for family and friends, and she soon realized the taste, quality and unique flavors of Wisconsin cheese weren't available back home in Bethlehem, PA.

So she started Keystone Cheese. What began as a one-woman show is now a small team of captivating, extra cheesy ladies.

  1. 2014

Keystone Cheese opens in a small one-room office with a one-car garage, and we hit the road: street fairs, Christmas markets, food festivals and art shows.

  2. 2020

We move into our new home on Keystone Street in Bethlehem and start wholesaling nationwide to restaurants, wineries and small businesses.

  3. 2026

We renovate a room at the warehouse into our own retail shop. Come visit!
