HOW OUR FUNDRAISERS WORK
- Email fundraising@keystonefarmscheese.com for our application.
- Once we receive your application, you’ll get everything you need to get started: order forms, product information packets, an organizer checklist, advertising materials and more.
- Choose your selling period. We recommend 2–3 weeks, including two weekends.
- When the sale ends, tally your orders on the forms provided, email them to us and mail your payment. The math is done for you!
- Your order will be ready for pick-up or shipped within 1–2 weeks of receiving payment.
- Our cheese is perishable and should be refrigerated or kept on ice at all times.

- Order from a seller: the classic fundraiser, using our cheese order form.
- Gift certificates: $10, $25 and $50, redeemable online or in our shop.
- Order online: at keystonecheese.com during your selling period.
- Shop in store: at 3232 Keystone Street, Bethlehem, PA.
- Cheese tastings: join an in-shop tasting during your selling period (spring and fall).
- Parents’ night tasting: our team brings samples to your parent meeting. (within 20 miles of our location)
Ordering online or in store? Your supporters name your organization at checkout (online: in the order notes) so we can credit your group.
LEVELS OF PROFIT
- 0–200 pieces of cheese: 35%
- 201–400 pieces of cheese: 40%
- 401+ pieces of cheese: 45%
- Gift certificates: 15%
Cheese bought online, in store or at tastings counts toward your pieces.
