Awesome cheese for snacking , burgers and puts a real kick to chili as well ! Love the heat in ghost cheese! I will be ordering more!

Love this cheese. Only thing is that you need a cheese cutter, which is ultimately my fault. Either way the cheese is amazing it came super fast and I use it on EVERYTHING. Buying more the second I run out.

Hot, Hot, Hot is the real deal

The Ghost Pepper Jack is a great tasting cheese not just all heat. For our family we could only handle one chunk popped into the mouth - wow! Too hot for a 2nd but we plan to use in Mac & Cheese or shredded as a nice hot accent with Jack flavor. Yum!
